Hypnosis is not a shortcut. It is a precision instrument — for practitioners who want clinical depth, and for individuals who have decided that ordinary results are no longer enough.
The National Guild of Hypnotists credential — more than 12,000 members in 105 countries (as published at ngh.net/membership, 2026), issued since 1950. Three formats. One credential. The rigour is identical across all of them.
Online: 100 hours over 3 months — live sessions, supervised practice, NGH examination included. Admission is by interview, and enrolment is rolling: accepted applicants start on the next 1st or 15th.

In-person skill days at a premium venue. The immersive experience of learning hypnosis face to face.
Complete your certification at a destination. The landscape is part of the learning.
When you complete your NGH CCH certification through NGH India, you do not walk away with a certificate. You walk into a room. On the first Sunday of every month, Fellows sign in from six countries — India, the Emirates, the United States, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland — for cases, peer practice, and one skill, together. Behind that room stands the National Guild of Hypnotists: more than 12,000 members in 105 countries (as published at ngh.net/membership, 2026), the oldest and largest hypnosis organisation in the world. The certificate is issued once. The membership is what you keep.
Monthly Chapter Meet — first Sunday, online
One room, six countries. Cases, peer practice, one skill each month. Next: Sunday, 4 October 2026. For Fellows holding the CCH, or holding a current training seat.
Annual Chapter Meet — 20 November
Once a year, the online room becomes a physical one. 20 November 2026 · McLeodganj. The Annual Chapter Meet sits on day one of the CCH block — the chapter gathers; the intensive continues.
Where Fellows practise
Noida, Gurugram, Pune, Patiala, Shimla, Raipur · Dubai, Sharjah · Washington DC, Maryland, Ontario · Zurich · Stockholm. Thirteen locations, six countries — and the meet is online, so the distance never matters.
McLeodganj
CCH: 20–30 November 2026. Society of NLP™ Practitioner: 1–8 December 2026.
CCH: 20–30 March 2027. Society of NLP™ Practitioner: 1–8 April 2027.
Two programmes. Same mountain. Separate credentials. CCH remains 100 hours; these days are the residential live block inside that hour count, plus the optional NLP week after it.
Peer Supervision
Fellows support each other between meets. Case consultations, skill drills, and ongoing practice. Session links are posted in the member portal.
What Fellows may offer
The CCH is a professional consulting-hypnotist credential of the National Guild of Hypnotists. It does not replace an RCI registration or a medical licence. What a graduate may offer depends on the licences they already hold and the NGH code of ethics.
The wider guild
As an NGH India Fellow you stand inside the global NGH community — 12,000+ practitioners, 105 countries (as published at ngh.net/membership, 2026), commended twice in the U.S. Congressional Record. Your certificate is the same one issued in Boston.
Your first meet is the first Sunday after your certification. The seat is already there.
After the interview, you may speak with a Fellow who already practises. In your city where possible. With their consent.
The chapter meets online on the first Sunday of every month. That meeting is supervision.
On certification you are in that room, and at the gathering on 20 November.
After certification, Fellows may add up to 100 hours of supervised practice within the chapter — arranged with a consenting Fellow at no extra cost. This is optional. The CCH is and remains a 100-hour certification; the practice circuit is optional, logged separately, and confers no additional certificate.

Vibrant NGH India Chapter
Dr. Maruti Sharma is the founding president of the official NGH India Chapter — an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist (Assoc.) certifying consulting hypnotists under the NGH framework — a combination without parallel in India. He holds a PhD in Vajrayana Buddhist Psychology and is the originator of the MTP™ Method — a clinical synthesis of Meditation, Trance, and Psychotherapy developed in continuous hypnosis practice since 2000. His formal training spans two complete lineages.
The Sammohan Vidya tradition associated with the Atharva Veda — encompassing Tantrik Sammohan practices, the Mohana Karma within the Shatkarma tradition, Anuttara Yoga Tantra, Trika Shaivism, Kaula Tantra, and the Natha Siddha lineage — alongside classical Hatha and Raja Yoga and the internal arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. His doctoral work in Vajrayana Buddhist Psychology and the Yoga Siromani credential anchor this lineage academically.
The Nancy School of Bernheim and Liébeault, Braid’s neurological model, the Ericksonian indirect method, Dave Elman’s rapid induction framework, ego-state therapy (Watkins), analytical hypnotherapy, the Pavlovian cortical inhibition model, Hilgardian neodissociation theory, and direct training in NLP under Dr. Richard Bandler.
This training is built on both clinical licensure
and NGH instructor certification.
He has worked with clients in 100+ countries, trained surgeons and executives, led retreats from the Himalayas to Europe, and is an NGH Board Certified Trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
He has served Fortune 500 companies, humanitarian leaders, and individuals who came when nothing else worked.

The single most powerful, life-transforming journey of my life. Over three years he helped me dissolve anxiety, distractions, and micro-obstacles I never knew existed.
Beyond theory, his methods create real breakthroughs. The experience was profoundly transformative — for my patients and for me as a clinician.
His teaching style is magical — complex ideas became effortless and immediately useful. This training shifted my practice and my life in ways I didn't think were possible.
He initiated a precise, felt shift — as if a circuit closed between the body and the field. It wasn’t belief; it was experience. That is rare leadership.
His intelligence, curiosity, and dedication to lifelong learning are matched by his humility. Conversations with him are truly transformative.
A very quiet moment in a very busy day. Calm, relaxed, comfortable — in the middle of everything.
Fourteen documented cases — their own words, or the newsrooms of their day.

The science of the mind should not be available only to those who can fly to Boston or Hong Kong. It should reach every serious practitioner in India who is ready for it.
The credential is the same. The clinical depth is greater.
