Dr. Sharma has served Fortune 500 companies, humanitarian leaders, surgeons, executives, and individuals who came when nothing else had worked. He has led retreats from the Himalayas to Europe, trained clinicians in over a hundred countries, and founded University of Life in 1996 — one of the earliest personal development institutions in the Jammu region.

He has run the Happy Child Retreat for twenty-four consecutive years. He signed a mental health MOU with Jammu University. He built NGH India as the only official National Guild of Hypnotists chapter in the country.
